Zones And Continents Testo

Testo Zones And Continents

I had a dream I was flying away over zones and continents,
and watched the stars come out to play above a scarlet horizon,
and below the quiet ocean hummed of the stories that drifted by above,
as mighty tide flowed through it's veins and bring New York it's precious rains.

Here I lay in a field no one can find watching stars pass overhead,
as airplanes trespassed slowly by leaving giant trails thread,
and I raised my finger towards the sky to see if it could make a dent,
in the giant dome that held me in, where my final days are spent.
My soul spreads wide with arms stretched open,
and I can join with the bluest skies.
The greenest fields, the deepest oceans;
they all rejoice as we collide.
And I am infinite.

This city could swallow me whole with its giant tongue of streets,
and all this walkings worn my soles among it's 20 story teeth,
and it roared with titan confidence in the sounds of many girls and men,
and captured all the morning sun in brilliant bands of crimson.

My soul spreads wide with arms stretched open,
and I can join with the bluest skies.
The greenest fields, the deepest oceans;
they all rejoice as we collide.
And I am infinite.
