I dreamt of love
& woke with remorse
In hopes that sleep would claim me again
So i could regain what i'd lost.

I feel the bars of wariness surrounding me
I can see through them but i cannot escape.

We all dwell
In our fiction One that can lock doors from all we know
To view the world through different eyes
Is to find yourself lost inside

Between my eyes and mind, what will i find?
