Cyst Testo

Testo Cyst

The creature resided on my left shoulder blade
Just under my skin where it might keep warm
I did not notice it at first, just a little lump
Next to my spine, never meaning me harm
A grey little sponge that was soft to the touch
Alien to my body, it frightened me so much

I looked at it in the mirror and I shit my pants
For a beady little eye was gazing back at me
I put on my best horsehair shirt and ran outside
As the beast on my back cried out in agony
Desperate with fear I ran to the medicine man
He calmed me down and said to me "son, I'll do what I can"

He cut open my back with a carbide saw-tooth blade
Exposing to air the gelatinous little creature
Which screamed out in tremendous fear for its life
As the doctor ripped it from its perch with a stainless steel tweezer
My heart wept when I realized what I had done
For my soul shall burn for the destruction of this little one
