Eyes Shut Testo

I used to think it was going to be different
but reality has an ugly face
the more i see the less i wanna know
i can't help it but i feel out of place
you can call it whatever you want
but excuses is all i hear
we just sit and wait for better days
eyes shut yeah our eyes are shut
we're running out of hope
i guess it wasn't supposed to be this way
but know we've got to live with our mistakes
it takes time i know...
but sometimes there's not enough time
we've got to point at ourselves
and no one else cause it's not them there's
just us yeah it's always us
